A passion turned into a project
My name is Stefano and De Ronchi Wines was born from the desire to bring to Switzerland the most authentic soul of my Italian roots.
After moving here in 2019, I chose to give a voice to those extraordinarily small winemakers who often find no space in mainstream distribution channels. I began seeking them out personally: walking among the vines, visiting the wineries and getting to know the people behind every label.
As a certified ASSP Sommelier, I select each bottle with technical rigor and personal sensitivity. For me, wine is relationship and territory: I only propose wines born from mutual trust and truly worth discovering.
Salute, Stefano
Fewer labels. More identity.
I believe that a great wine is born first and foremost from respect for the land. That is why I collaborate with family-run wineries and independent winemakers who follow the entire production cycle: from vineyard to bottle.
These are realities that choose quality over volume and integrate sustainable practices. The result is sincere wines, deeply connected to their territory and capable of offering an experience beyond the glass.

Respect for nature is a responsibility
In the vineyard
No systemic chemical: only biodiversity and balanced vines.
In the cellar
Minimal intervention to preserve the pure identity of the terroir.
In the glass
Responsible agriculture that protects the environment and the pleasure of those who drink.

Small does not mean lesser. It means unique.
I firmly support the values of FIVI (Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti) because I believe in those who directly oversee every stage of production, from growing the grapes to bottling and selling.
That is why the wineries in my selection proudly display the Independent Winemaker mark directly on the bottle. The logo depicts 'Ampelio', the image of a winemaker carrying a basket of grapes on his shoulders, whose shadow takes the shape of a bottle: the symbol of those who dedicate their life to the vineyard to transform it into authentic work.
Choosing them means supporting a more sustainable farming model and preserving a culture that makes Italian wine unique in the world.
