Transparency and clarity are part of the way I work. These Terms and Conditions govern access to the website and the purchase of products offered by De Ronchi Wines. By using this website, you fully accept the following conditions.
Scope of application
De Ronchi Wines is an online shop specializing in the selection of Italian organic wines from independent wineries. These conditions apply to all orders placed through my website www.deronchiwines.ch.
Eligibility to purchase
The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted exclusively to adults (18 years of age or over in Switzerland). By placing an order, you declare under your own responsibility that you meet this requirement and are legally authorized to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Products and availability
I personally select every wine with the utmost attention to quality and organic origin. Product images are purely illustrative, and vintages may vary depending on the actual availability of partner wineries. Product availability may change without notice. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, I will contact you promptly to offer an equivalent alternative or proceed with a refund.
Prices
All prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT at the applicable rate, unless otherwise stated. I reserve the right to modify prices at any time; the price indicated at the time of order confirmation shall apply.
Order process
Once your order is complete, you will receive a summary confirmation email. Final acceptance of the order will take place upon shipment of the goods. I reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of manifest pricing errors, product unavailability or suspicion of fraud.

All payments are processed through secure and certified platforms. Orders are processed once payment confirmation has been received. In the event of non-payment or rejected payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Shipping and delivery
I ship exclusively to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Deliveries are generally made within 2–4 working days of payment confirmation, via logistics services specializing in wine transport (e.g. Vinolog). Delivery times are indicative and may vary in exceptional circumstances (public holidays, adverse weather conditions, logistical issues). To reduce environmental impact, I use the wineries' original packaging wherever possible. This choice allows me to limit the use of additional materials while ensuring safe transport of the bottles. Every bottle is packed with the utmost care. Upon delivery, I invite you to check the integrity of the package in the presence of the courier. If the package shows visible damage, please:

Returns and refunds
I invite you to carefully check the products upon receipt.
Conditions for returns:

Returns are accepted within 5 working days of the delivery date

Products must be unused, intact and in their original packaging

You must contact me in advance to obtain authorization for the return
In the event of defective products, damage during transport or incorrect delivery, please contact me within 2 working days of receipt. I will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors for which I am responsible. Once the return has been received and verified, I will refund the amount paid within 14 working days, using the same payment method as the original order.
Limitation of liability
De Ronchi Wines is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of purchased products. My liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
Responsible consumption
The products sold are alcoholic beverages intended for responsible and moderate consumption. I invite you to enjoy the wines mindfully and with respect for your health.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, product descriptions and trademarks, is the property of De Ronchi Wines and protected by intellectual property laws. It may not be reproduced, distributed or used without my prior written authorization.
Changes to the Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. I recommend consulting this page periodically to stay up to date.
